SPATH ENGINEERING
    Space Propulsion Group (SPG) is a
    Stanford spin-off company that has
    for a decade developed a proprietary
    hybrid rocket motor, supported by
    NASA and the Air Force Research Labs.
    The performance of their rocket motor represents a significant leap ahead
    in rocket technology and performance.  The SPG rocket motor is designed
     to become pillar in our national suite of ground launched rocket technology.
    En route to that success, their rocket motor design will soon be able to reach
    space from an atmospheric launch. Premier Space Systems will provide that
    atmospheric launch platform.
    Portland State Aerospace Society (PSAS) is affiliated
    with Portland Sate University.  It is a collection of
    academic and professional engineers dedicated to
    rocketry, with a focus on flight path prediction, data
    down link, telemetry, photo documentation, and the
    miniaturization of payload electronic components.
    PSAS designs the integrated electronic systems for
    rocket launch, control, and data collection.
PSAS - Portland State Aerospace Society
    Spath Engineering (Spath) is a mechanical and power plant
    engineering and test company, with over 25 years of rocket and air
    breathing engine test experience.  Spath designs test facilities and
    manages propulsion testing. Currently it is operating at the Butte
    Aerospace Facility under the auspices of the Montana Aerospace
    Development Association,
    a premier U.S. propulsion test facility with access by private,
    commercial enterprises.
